Money in Motion© was developed by the American Center for Credit Education (ACCE), a division of Rushmore Consumer Credit Resource Center. ACCE has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy.

 

Money in Motion© is brought to you by one of ACCE's partner organizations. This partner organization enrolled you in Money in Motion©. ACCE provides enrollment and completion information, demographic information you fill out, and evaluation information on you to your enrolling partner organization. In addition, your enrolling partner organization is obligated to maintain your privacy.

 

Some individuals may be enrolled in Money in Motion© to fulfill the financial education requirement for bankruptcy. If you are taking Money in Motion© for this reason you authorize your partner organization and ACCE to share your information with your attorney and the trustee's office with the Department of Justice if required by them.

 

Information We Collect: 

ACCE does not collect information on our web site visitors such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses unless you specifically give us that information.

 

Money in Motion© is brought to individuals by one of ACCE's partner organizations. As a partner organization you will enroll individuals in Money in Motion©. ACCE provides enrollment and completion information, demographic information participants fill out, and evaluation information to your organization. As a partner organization utilizing Money in Motion©, your organization is obligated to maintain your clients' privacy.

 

Our Maintenance of Confidential Information: 

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to

confidential information.

 

Limiting Access to Information:

Our employees have access to your information for business reasons. All employees are trained to maintain the security and integrity of your information. We share information with non-affiliated third parties when they are acting on our behalf or acting jointly with us. This includes companies that provide support servicesuch as technical systems consultants and programmers and others permitted by law.

 

ACCE does not rent, sell or otherwise make available clients' email addresses or personal information. This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

 

Security Procedures to Protect Information:

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to

confidential information about you. We update and test our technology to improve protection of our

information about you and to assure the integrity of our information. Unique passwords and identifiers are required to log into programs that collect information.

Visitors To Our Website:

Visitors to our Website remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying information about visitors to our

site.

  • IP addresses and/or domain names, date and time and site were accessed, and the city, county and

country the web page request is initiated are collected. This information is used to create summary

statistics and to determine the level of interest in information available on our site.

  • Information given by the site visitor in a Web form is collected to perform the services offered at the

site. Services offered at the site include: email correspondence, tests. evaluations of programs and

demographics. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender's request. It is not disseminated or sold to other organizations. 

  • Any information that is linked to our site will be governed by the privacy policy of that site, and any

question you have related to that site's use ofinformation should be directed there. It is the intention of

American Center for Credit Education to partner with the most trusted sites on the Web to provide you with these services. If you have concerns regarding other sites linked from our website, please contact us.
