American Center for Credit Education (ACCE) has created this privacy statement
in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. ACCE is a division
of Rushmore Consumer Credit Resource Center.

ACCE
does not collect information on our web site visitors such as names, addresses,
telephone numbers or email addresses unless you specifically give us that

Money
in Motion is brought to individuals by one of ACCE's partner organizations.
As a partner organization you will enroll individuals in Money in Motion.
ACCE provides enrollment and completion information, demographic information
participants fill out, and evaluation information to your organization.
As a partner organization utilizing Money in Motion, your organization
is obligated to maintain your clients' privacy.

Maintenance of Confidential Information:
We
maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to help prevent
unauthorized access to confidential information.
Limiting Access to Information:
Our
employees have access to your information for business reasons. All employees
are trained to maintain the security and integrity of your information.
We share information with non-affiliated third parties when they are acting
on our behalf or acting jointly with us. This includes companies that
provide support services such as technical systems consultants and programmers
and others permitted by law.
ACCE
does not rent, sell or otherwise make available your clients' email addresses
or personal information.

test our technology to improve protection of our information about you
and to assure the integrity of our information. Unique passwords and identifiers
are required to log into programs that collect information.
ACCE
is an accredited organization and we want you to know we are committed
to your personal privacy and our use of information.

Visitors to our Website remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying
information about visitors to our site.
- IP addresses and/or domain names, date and time and site were accessed,
and the city, county and country the web page request is initiated are
collected. This information is used to create summary statistics and
to determine the level of interest in information available on our site.

perform the services offered at the site. Services offered at the site
include: email correspondence, tests. evaluations of programs. This
information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender’s

intention of American Center for Credit Education to partner with the
